Last updated: March 22, 2026

1. About GPU Finder

GPU Finder (gpufinder.dev) is a free GPU cloud price comparison tool operated by Alexander Salikov as an independent project. The service aggregates publicly available pricing data from 28+ cloud GPU providers to help users compare instance prices and configurations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPU Finder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

3. Service Description

GPU Finder provides:

  • A searchable comparison of GPU cloud instance prices across multiple providers.
  • Optional email-based price alert notifications.
  • An API for programmatic access to pricing data.

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. Pricing Data Disclaimer

Pricing data displayed on GPU Finder is aggregated from third-party sources including the SkyPilot open-source catalog and public cloud provider APIs. While we strive to keep data accurate and up to date:

  • Prices may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
  • Availability of instances is not guaranteed.
  • Actual pricing may vary based on region, contract terms, reserved capacity, and other factors.
  • Always verify pricing directly on the cloud provider's website before making purchasing decisions.

5. No Affiliation

GPU Finder is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cloud provider listed on the site. All provider names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Disclosure: The author is employed by Nebius, one of the listed providers. This project is independent, and all data is sourced from publicly available pricing pages.

6. No Warranty

GPU Finder is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of GPU Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is zero, as the service is free).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the service infrastructure.
  • Scrape or crawl the site in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
  • Misrepresent pricing data obtained from GPU Finder as your own original data.

9. Price Alerts

By subscribing to price alerts, you consent to receiving email notifications about GPU pricing changes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each alert email. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the price alert feature at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The GPU Finder website design and original code are the property of the operator. Pricing data is sourced from third-party providers and open-source projects (SkyPilot, licensed under Apache 2.0) and remains the property of their respective owners.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of GPU Finder after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of GPU Finder shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
